Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During the warranty period, AKJia Hydraulic will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What Does This Warranty Cover?

• Defects in materials: Any fault in the materials used in the construction of the coupling set.
• Defects in workmanship: Any fault in the manufacturing process.

What Does This Warranty Not Cover?

• Damage caused by accidents, abuse, misuse, or neglect.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Damage resulting from improper installation, alteration, or modification.
• Damage resulting from failure to follow the product’s usage instructions.

How to File a Warranty Claim

1. Register Your Product:
   • To activate your warranty, please register your product within 30 days of purchase. You will need the serial number of your quick coupling set to complete the registration.

2. Contact Us:
   • If you experience an issue with your product, contact our customer service team at support@akjia.com or call us at +86 574 62163118.
   • Provide your product’s serial number, a description of the issue, and proof of purchase. (if you have registered your product, we can get your infomation from the email address your leaved in product registeration page.)
3. Evaluation:
   • Our team will evaluate your claim and determine whether your product is covered under warranty. We may ask you to send the product back for inspection.
4. Repair or Replacement:
   • If your claim is approved, we will repair or replace the defective product at no cost to you. The repaired or replacement product will continue to be covered under the original warranty period.

Serial Number Registration

To ensure your warranty is activated, please register your quick coupling set’s serial number within 30 days of purchase. This helps us verify your purchase and provide the best possible service.

• Where to Find the Serial Number:
  • The serial number is located on the product manual in the package. For some products, we will also print the serial number.
• How to Register:
  • Visit our Product Registration Page.
  • Enter your serial number, purchase order number, and contact information. ( scan the QR code on the product manual can autofill the Seriel number)
  • Submit the form to complete your registration.
